Rocking Winter Playlist For The New Year

Since January 1st is only a few days away, I have made a new playlist!  Partly because I had some iTunes gift cards to use, but also because getting back into fitness/working out is a priority for many people at the beginning of the year, including me! :)

I will be including the exercises I have been doing everyday in my regular blog posts and having some special blog posts that will be dedicated to exercise/health/weight loss.

BUT now, here are some rocking songs to inspire you all to get moving, you know so eventually one day we can look like this...

via

Lonely Boy- The Black Keys [kick ass song with a great beat]
In The Ayer - Flo Rida [fun song, good beat, 69 cents on iTunes, gets your booty moving!]
Whenever, Wherever - Shakira [she always has good and sexy songs, again 69 cents on iTunes]
Fight For Your Right - Beastie Boys [Classic, fun song! 69 cents on iTunes]
The Sweet Escape - Gwen Stefani and Akon [throwback song to high school aerobics!  We did push ups and abs to this song!]
Your Love Is My Drug - Ke$ha [Love her!]
Tik Tok - Ke$ha [great beat, and makes you feel like you woke up feeling like P Diddy]
Lose Yourself - Eminem [I love 'rapping' to this in my head while running, super strong song!]
Yeah! - Usher, Lil John, Ludacris - [peace up A-Town & great beat]
Low - Flo Rida [apple bottom jeans anyone?]
Erase Me - Kid Cudi [one of my most favorite songs from this year! & a fun music video with McLovin]
T.G.I.F - Katy Perry [probably what may happen on New Years Eve...but totally fun song]
Sinner - Big B & Scott Russo [another great song from this year, good for a cool down, or chilling out song]

There are a few more songs, but those are the highlights and my favorites!
Of course, My Confidence Song is always on my playlists as well! :)

PS the Victoria's Secret Model above is Lindsey Ellington and here is how she gets her legs and butt!
Lunges may become my new BFF

PS there will be Motivational Mondays starting as well!
AND
Wedding Wednesdays will continue!

Exercise for yesterday... .93 mile walk and a 1.69 mile run [in which I did not get lost!]  The day before was 55 minutes of Yogalosophy and the day before that was another run!

What have you all been up to?
Do you have any fitness/health goals?
